This page describes how information shared with Velorium through this website is handled. The website’s only direct contact channel is the Start a Project inquiry form.

Information you share

When you submit an inquiry, you share the details you enter in the form: your name, email address, project description, service of interest, and any optional information you choose to add (company or brand, links, estimated budget, target dates, references).

How it is used

Inquiry information is used to review your request, respond to you, and — if a project goes ahead — to prepare a proposal and deliver the work. It is not sold, and it is not used for advertising.

Legal review required: confirm the contracting entity to be named here, the lawful basis and data-handling language required under UAE PDPL (and any other applicable regulation), and whether any processors (e.g. the email delivery provider and hosting platform) must be listed.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept only as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any resulting project.
